Executive Director
Since 1991, Mrs. Vivian Drayton, MSW, LSW, ACSW, has lead a multi-faceted, management
and administration team of physicians, nurse practitioners, specialists and
support staff at SCAN, Inc. During her tenure, Mrs. Drayton has tripled the
scope and reach of SCAN form two annual programs to the current nine and
oversees an annual operating budget in excess of 3 million dollars.
While staff turnover averages two years throughout the industry,
Mrs. Drayton proudly maintains a 10 year staff turnover average.
Many of her staff have been with the organization 15, 20 and 25 years! |
Keith Smith
Mr. Smith has over twenty years of experience in accounting and taxation. Served at various companies in the Philadelphia area with a concentration in budgeting and managing of the fiscal operation of nonprofit agencies. A graduate of Morgan State University class of 84 with a B.S. in Accounting, Mr. Smith has been the Controller of Supportive Child Adult Network Inc. since September 2005. |
Paulette Mckeever
Paulette D. Mckeever, BA, Director of Human Resources. Graduate of Drexel University, Cornell University certification in Human Resource Management. Over twenty years experience as a HR generalist. Since 1998 has been responsible for the coordinating of all employee personnel functions, recruitment, selections, benefits, training and administer of payroll. |
Pearl Wright
Ms. Wright is the Director of Clinical Operations at the Supportive Child/Adult Network Inc.(SCAN), the oldest private, non profit child welfare organization in Philadelphia. Her duties at SCAN include overseeing the clinical services of nine programs and developing and implementing the first specialized daycare program designed to work with families who are substance challenged. Ms Wright has over 27 years of experience working in the mental health field, specializing in addiction, as well as 16 years of experience in the field of child welfare. In 1995, she coauthored an article published in Child Abuse and Neglect "Identifying Substance Abuse in Maltreating Families: A Child Welfare Challenge" |
