Cynthia Corbin, MSW, LSW, ACSW
Cynthia J. Corbin is an expert in health, human services and management with over 25 years of experience. She has held numerous leadership positions while developing programs and training professionals. Mrs. Corbin received her BSW and MSW from Temple University School of Social Work Administration, where she currently teaches as an adjunct faculty member and serves as a trainer for the Department of Human Resources and the Institute for Public Policy. Ms. Corbin is a past President of the PA-National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania Society for Social Work Leaders in Health Care and Timothy Academy.

Executive Director
Vivian Drayton, MSW, LSW, ACSW
Since 1993, Mrs. Vivian Drayton, has led a multi-faceted, management and administration team of social workers, substance abuse specialists, teachers and paraprofessionals at SCAN, Inc. She has over 35 years of combined experience in the fields of child welfare and behavioral health. During her tenure, Mrs. Drayton has tripled the scope and reach of SCAN. Mrs. Drayton is committed to the delivery of quality services for all children with special emphasis upon family engagement. She is an educator and trainer in the fields of child welfare, diversity, family violence, and practice improvement.

Director of Human Resources
Paulette Mckeever
Ms. Paulette D. Mckeever, BA, is the Director of Human Resources. She is a graduate of Drexel University and has a certification in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. Ms. Mckeever has over twenty years experience as a HR generalist. Since 1998, she has been responsible for the coordinating of all employee personnel functions, recruitment, selections, benefits, training and administer of payroll.

Controller
Keith Smith
Mr. Smith, has over twenty years of experience in accounting and taxation. He served at various companies in the Philadelphia area with a concentration in budgeting and managing for the fiscal operation of nonprofit agencies. He is a graduate of Morgan State University class of 84 with a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Smith has been the Controller of Supportive Child Adult Network, Inc. since September 2005.

Director of Clinical Operations
Pearl Wright, MA, MAC
Ms. Wright is the Director of Clinical Operations and has been with the Supportive Child Adult Network, Inc. since 1989. Her duties at SCAN include overseeing the clinical services of nine programs and developing and implementing the first specialized daycare program designed to work with families who are substance challenged. Ms. Wright has over 27 years of experience working in the mental health field, specializing in addiction, as well as 16 years of experience in the field of child welfare. In 1995, she coauthored an article published in Child Abuse and Neglect "Identifying Substance Abuse in Maltreating Families: A Child Welfare Challenge".
